  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for added flavor)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika if using.

Sear the Chicken:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown.

  2. Serve hot with your choice of sides, such as mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables.
  3. ENJOY!!
